Please read the following terms and conditions (hereafter known as the terms) carefully before using the UK4Print website (hereafter known as the website).
They are the terms that will govern any contract between you and us for the sale, production and delivery of the print you order from us. By using the website, you agree to be bound by them. We reserve the right to amend the terms at any time without prior notice and any changes will apply to subsequent orders received.
These terms apply to all usage of the website, which is owned by Colouration Ltd (company number 4146278) and whose registered address is Moorgate House, 7 Station Road West, Oxted, Surrey. RH3 9EE.
Placing an Order
When you place an order with UK4Print you will receive an email from us confirming its receipt and the details of your order. It is your responsibility to check that your order and artwork are correct and that all necessary information has been supplied in order for us to complete your order. You may be liable for further costs should you choose to, or have to change the specifications of your order and/or artwork after it has been submitted.
Your order represents an offer to purchase in accordance with our terms and is accepted by us when we process your payment. All contracts to purchase are binding and governed by English law and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
UK4Print reserves the right to refuse or withdraw from an order at any time and without explanation. Any such refusal arising due to exceptional circumstance/s such as, but not limited to, inadequate stock levels, a problem processing payment, an error identified from the print order information supplied (deliberate or otherwise), obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the print, special offers, pricing or delivery charges on the website or your order will be addressed by us contacting you. Should we be unable to contact you or you do not respond to our message/s within 48 hours, your order will be rendered null and void and our contract invalid.
Availability
All orders are subject to the availability of the materials, labour and plant required to process, print and deliver your order.
Should we be unable to print all or part of your order for any reason at the time of you placing your order, we will contact you to ascertain how you would best like us to proceed with your order and to suggest alternate materials and/or print to complete your order.
We are not liable to you if we cannot supply a particular item of print, or for the consequences of any kind to you and/or your business for not being able to supply that print.
Accuracy of Information
We will do our utmost to ensure that the information available on our website is accurate. However, despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee this. The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Pricing
All prices were correct at the time of this site going live. Prices shown are in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time and without prior notice.
In the unlikely event that an item's correct price is lower than the price advertised, we will refund you the difference so that you can take advantage of the lower price.
In the rare circumstance that a price/s increase between the time of placing your order and our acceptance of it (or if a delivery charge needs to be applied or amended, or any other additional charge) we will email you to advise you of this change. Your means of payment (debit or credit card) will never be charged with an amount additional to your original order without you prior written consent.
Amending an Order
Should the need arise for you to amend an order after it has been submitted online and payment has been received by us, there will be no additional payment required from you if the proposed change/s don't incur otherwise additional charges to you, or costs to us, do not require a partial refund or if no aspect of your print order has been processed and/or produced (other than being received for processing) at the time of making or wanting to make changes to your order.
If the change/s to your order require a further payment from you or a partial refund to you, you will incur a £20 processing charge.
Should your order require additional and/or new studio and/or print work, you will incur further charges dependent upon the nature and extent of the additional and/or new work. We will advise you of any such costs arising as a result of your proposed change/s before you decide whether or not to proceed with them.
If we have already undertaken and/or completed some of your print work per your original order, you will be charged for that work, as well as the total of your revised order.
Cancelling an Order
Should you decide to cancel your order before any work of any description other than administrative has been carried out on it, there will be a cancellation charge of 10% of the total value of the original order, plus a £20 administration charge.
Should you cancel your order when work has already been carried out on it, but it has not been completed, you will be additionally liable for the cost of that work carried out, plus VAT.
We will refund the balance of your original payment to your debit or credit card after the above considerations have been taken into account.
Should you cancel your order after it has been completed, there will be no cancellation or administration fee. You will have already paid for your order and it will be dispatched per your contract, unless you advise otherwise. Should you no longer want or have need of your print, we will recycle it on your behalf.
Payment
Payment must be made before your order is accepted and any additional administration or delivery costs will be charged subsequently if applicable and subject to your approval.
We accept payment from the following debit and credit cards: Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Dom, Solo and Switch. We do not accept American Express. We do not accept cheques. If you are shopping from outside the UK, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We use Secure Trading (www.securetrading.com) to encrypt and securely process your payment. All personal information supplied by you, including credit card numbers and contact details, is safeguarded on our secure servers.

If you would like to use another payment method or would like to set up an account, please contact us to make the necessary arrangements.
Privacy
UK4Print respects your privacy and adheres to the strict guidelines and procedures set out in the UK Data Protection Act 1998 with regard to the storage and disclosure of personal data to prevent unauthorised access or inappropriate and/or unlawful exploitation of the same.
Your information is only used to process your order. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your prior consent and we will not pass your email address or any other personal data on to third parties without your prior consent, unless legally required to do so.

Delivery
Orders placed through this website can only be delivered to UK addresses. Should you want delivery to be made to an alternate destination, you must contact us for a quotation before placing your order.
Standard delivery to addresses in the UK is within three working days following dispatch and is made by express courier, who will deliver between 09:00 and 17:00. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. This service is free for orders over £100. We reserve the right to quote separately for exceptionally large or heavy orders.
Should you require a quicker delivery service, the standard service can be upgraded for an additional charge. Print orders for next day delivery must be received by 12:00 noon the previous day. This service is not available to non UK mainland destinations.
Mode of delivery should be determined at the time of placing your order. Should you need to change the mode of delivery or delivery address after placing your order, but before dispatch, you must contact UK4Print.co.uk to make the necessary changes. You will incur a £20 administration charge and dependent upon the change of delivery service you make, you will also incur additional delivery charges.
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
If an attempted delivery fails, such as the wrong address was specified when you ordered, then we will notify you and offer to redeliver subject to any further delivery charge.
While we aim to deliver your print as quickly as possible, we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, strikes and failure of distribution partners. In the event of such a delay, our obligations under our contract will be suspended for the period of the delay. Our liability for non-delivery of your print shall be limited to replacing the product within a reasonable time.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about your print, the website or any aspect of our service, please contact us by emailing us at info@UK4Print.co.uk or call or write to us so that we can resolve the matter in a timely fashion and to our mutual satisfaction. We value your custom and service is key to the ongoing success of our business.
Acceptable use of the website
This website may only be used for lawful and proper purposes in accordance with these terms and conditions. This includes complying with all applicable laws, regulations and codes of practice within the UK or any other jurisdiction from which the site is accessed.
Limitation of liability
To the extent that we are lawfully able to do so, in no event will UK4Print be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential losses or damages or claims arising out of access to, or the use/inability to use this website or any information contained in it or arising out of the services we provide.
This includes liability for any indirect or consequential loss (whether for loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or otherwise) or damage of any kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of the use of the website or print produced and delivered in completion of your contract.
Our total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) misrepresentation or otherwise, arising in connection with the supply of print or contemplated supply shall be limited under these terms and conditions to the total price of the print purchased in respect of any claim.
You acknowledge that it is not usually possible to detect from inspection of an internet transmission whether the original of it had been forged, wrongfully altered or otherwise misused or where the transmission details such as name of sender, sender's email address, or date and time of transmission imprinted on it automatically are genuine, and you therefore agree to indemnify us against any actions, proceedings, damages, costs, claims, demands or losses whatsoever arising from your so acting, obeying or otherwise dealing in accordance with any such internet transmission appearing to have been so furnished by you or on your behalf in the event that the said internet transmission has been produced by forgery, wrongful alteration or other misuse of the original transmission or that said transmission details appear on it are not genuine.
Disclaimer of warranty
Access to the site and use of its contents is at the user's sole discretion and risk. Whilst UK4Print has taken reasonable measures to ensure that the contents of the website are accurate and up to date, it accepts no responsibility for any action taken by any person or organisation as a result, direct or otherwise, of information contained in, or accessed through the website.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties with regard to information, services and materials contained on this website, including the timeliness, currency, accuracy, completeness, reliability, continued availability or fitness for any particular purpose of those contents. All such information, services and materials are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind.
We do not make any warranties that the website is secure or free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminated or disruptive properties. We do not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserve the right to change information, prices and descriptions of offers at any time. We will do our best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of, or becoming aware of them.
Indemnification
As a visitor to this website, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense (including reasonable legal fees) related to your breach or misuse of these terms and conditions.

You are entitled to electronically copy and to print in hard copy, sections of this website for the sole purpose of placing an order with UK4Print. Any other use of content on the website, including photocopying, reproduction, duplication, modification and/or distribution, sale or resale, or other exploitation, in full or in part, of any pages printed off this website, for any purpose other than that for which it is intended as noted above, without the prior permission of Colouration Ltd, is strictly prohibited.
General
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between us in respect of the use of our services and website. They supersede all prior agreements, arrangements and representations (save in respect of those made fraudulently)
If any of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, then that provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall continue to be fully enforceable. No waiver by UK4Print of any term shall be deemed to be continuing or shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other term.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
